Craig of Olde Son Home Inspections helped when I was in a pinch and needed a home inspection on a very short notice. He is very professional, knowledgeable, extremely thorough. You can basically ask any question during the house inspection and he's either seen it or can speak to it. The inspection operated by Olde Son Home Inspections was the best inspection I have had and the report helped me greatly especially the high resolution zoom pictures he provide (which there are many). Craig was fantastic! He's very personable and patient, but also very thorough. He got down on the floors, used his flashlight to illuminate every corner, and provided a thorough report that will serve as a user manual for my new home. I highly recommend Craig to do home inspections.
